H.E. Ambassador Ibrahim bin Saad bin Bishan participated in the Sultan Qaboos University ceremony on Sunday evening, November 30, 2025, where the first cohort of the 36th batch of its students graduated. Held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, the graduating class included 3,106 male and female students from various colleges.
